J&K employees to submit monthly work done report

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government is going to introduce an online portal for its employees asking them to submit their work done reports on monthly basis, which shall be subsequently examined by their concerned head of departments (HoDs).

“The mechanism has been drawn to evaluate the performance of the employees working in various departments. The purpose of the move is to drive a positive and competitive work culture,” sources in the administration said.

Sources in the administration further said that the government wants to ensure that the employees posted or assigned on jobs across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir are upto their assigned works.

“There are already Turn Around Time (TAT) set for various jobs and works, the concerned HoDs will evaluate the monthly work done by the employees which will eventually show the work done by the department. The portal is likely to start this month only”, the sources added.
